Oxfam Scandal is all about sex colonialism:   ·     These British NGOs have money, they live in villas   surrounded by power people or   in villas located in the   zones where all rich people live   ·     They earn salaries higher than local Ministers   ·     They travel in  luxury expensive cars   ·     They are white, and therefore powerful.
