From sexual abuses committed by Oxfam to open prostitution in African urban areas, particularly in hotels, our research has found that this situation is partly fuelled by foreign aid that has become a tyranny and a tool for continuing colonialism. The kind of sexual abuses committed by Oxfam are never reported by the victims and African authorities to keep foreign aid flowing. The white man knows this. When sexual abuses frequently committed by local people are never reported or complained about, I am not sure how abuses committed by the white man who brings money in the country could be reported.
