How Rwanda is wrong about Uganda ? 1. The dictator Paul Kagame claims that Uganda is jealous about Rwandan miracles of development. But Uganda is far more developed than Rwanda in all sectors.  Kagame has prevented Rwandan people from migrating to Uganda to seek land, food and medical care. In Rwanda there is no more agricultural land. All finished ! The country is overpopulated. All economic and social development indicators are fake. 2. Kagame has been investing heavily in office and business buildings in the capital. However, the 90% of Rwandan people who depend on farming will not use these buildings as agricultural lands. Kagame cannot created more land to feed his own people. 3. Uganda has hosted Tutsi Refugees for years and even if Kagame initiated and fought a deadly war that led to genocide and claiming that he fought the war to ensure that refugees return to Rwanda, many of them are still in Uganda only for spying on behalf of Rwandan Government.
