How UK leaving EU is beneficial to Black, Asian and Muslim communities living in the UK ?
There is high level unemployment in UK Black, Asian and Muslim communities because of racial discrimination against these groups in the labour market.
EU citizen have automatic right to work in the UK. Black, Asian and Muslim communities face multiple barriers in accessing to employment in the UK. These barriers include their colour of their skins, their names and the documents required to be eligible for work. If you are Black, Asian or Muslim, you may not fit in most mainstream UK job opportunities.
The Home Office has recently introduced the Biometric Residence Permit which is required for all non-EU citizens to apply for a job. The former documents they have had before including work permits in passports and Home Office letters that specially give migrants and refugees the right to work when they are granted indefinite leave to remain are no longer valid. The UK employers prefer to hire EU nationals even when they can't speak English. We see them everywhere : in hospitals, retails, hotels and other tourism industries., etc.
An EU migrant can get a job in less than a week of staying in UK while a migrant and refugee outside UK can spend the whole life without finding a job or be taking the jobs that British people don't want to do.
If UK leaves the EU, there will be more job opportunities available for Black, Asian and Muslim communities living and working the UK.
