UN Secretary General warns President Kagame to order M23 Rebels to halt it's terrorism activities against Innocent Civilians of DR Congo

Sources within President Kagame's intelligence revealed to Umuvugizi that immediately yesterday after their arrival in Kigali , the UN Secretary General Ba Ki Moon together with the President of the World Bank, DR Jim Yong Kim made talks with President Kagame in his offices in Kigali ,where the UN Secretary General Ba Ki Moon delivered message to President Kagame which requested him to immediately halt his terrorism activities against innocent civilians in DR Congo which he has continued to commit disguising behind his M23Rebels.
The UN Secretary General expressed his concern about the deteriorating human rights conditions in the war torn zone of DR Congo where president Kagame's rebel group M23 has continued committing worst crimes against humanity which includes murdering innocent civilians, raping women and recruiting children in his notorious rebel group M23 .
In a grief expression ,the UN Secretary General Ba Ki Moon who was a accompanied by the President of the World Bank Dr Jim Yong Kim made it clear to President Kagame that the world will not continue watching the way his proxy rebel groups have continued cleansing innocent civilians and committing unimaginable crimes against humanity , most especially committed by President Kagame's led government which claims to be democratic and based on human rights value .
Ba Ki Moon urged President Kagame to respect agreements reached on in last African summit in addis ababa which brought together african heads of states together with the UN Secretary General which requested all concerned parties in DR Congo issue to abide with resolutions adopted in that summit .
The UN Secretary General Ba Ki Moon and the President of the World Bank Dr Jim Yong Kim concluded their closed meeting with President Kagame by showing him evidences they had witnessed in Goma during their 10 hrs visit to north Kivu comprised of worst crimes against humanity committed to innocent civilians including Rapes of Women, recruiting Children Soldiers and related terrorism committed by president Kagame's proxy rebel groups in DR Congo .
Analyst who talked to Umuvugizi as how they interpret the recent visit of UN Secretary General accompanied by the President of the World Bank ,defined it as a visit which intended to give a direct message to the Rwandan Dictator that the world is not willing to entertain his murderous activities in DR Congo and that if at all he doesn't halt his murderous activities against innocent civilians of DR Congo, more tougher measures could be taken against his government which includes ordering the World Bank , African Development Bank and the International Monetary Fund to suspends all it's grants and loan dished to Rwanda's treasury as the only way of broking him from continuing to divert resources meant for development into funding terrorism activities which includes arming, training and financially equipping his notorious M23 rebel which function in his interests of terrorising the eastern DR Congo in order to plunder it's wealth mineral resources. .
The UN Secretary General and the President of the World Bank came to Rwanda after visiting Mozambique and DR Congo and they were scheduled to continue their visit to Uganda and Ethiopia , countries which have played a big role in mediating the two functions . Their visit to Mozambique was also intended to appreciate her pledge of contributing forces to be comprised of the UN Intervention Combat Brigade.
