Google launches online album that sorts holiday pictures and edits videos.

Sorting through hundreds of pictures from cameras, phones and tablets
has become a major chore after holidays.
However, Google claims to have solved the problem - and says its
software can automatically create online storybooks to remind you of
your trip.
The service, on Google's Google+ social network and its apps, can even
automatically edit holiday movies.

Google.s new software can automatically sort through holiday snaps and
organise them into online albums, even working out where you were for
GPS or by recognising popular landmarks in pictures
HOW IT WORKS
To use the service, users simply need top have a Google account, and
upload pictures and video to it - which can be set to automatically
upload using the firm's phone apps for both iOS and Android.
The software can then group to gether pictures, and, if the shots
include GPS or if Google's software recognises a landmark,
'To get started with Stories and Movies, simply back up your photos
and videos to Google+,' the firm says.
'And that's it. Auto Awesome will get to work in the background, and
you'll get notified when a story or movie is ready.
'A suitcase full of dirty clothes, a sad-looking house plant and 437
photos and videos on your phone, tablet and camera,' said Google.
'This is the typically messy scene after a vacation.
