Le nouveau plan de Kagame d'attaquer pour la enième fois le Congo(DRC)
est prêt. Malheureusement dans les jours qui viennent, on va, comme
d'habitude assister impuissant aux exactions de l'armée de Kagame aux
populations de Gisenyi et Ruhengeri. Kagame prépare la guerre. Ceci
est visible à travers ces dépêches.
