Open Letter to Andrew Mitchell MP ( Sutton Coldfield, UK )

Dear Mr. Andrew Mitchell MP,

1) You should have not supported Kagame  of Rwanda, a leader who does not allow to mourn their families, friends and relatives killed by Kagame himself.

2) You haven even ignored the two Britons killed in Rwanda and you did not raise that issue with Kagame during your multiple your contacts and meetings with Kagame and visits in Rwanda.

3) The motives of your campaign and advocacy for Kagame's regime to mislead the UK public in order to clear General Karake, Kagame, his war comrades, his aides and the RPF's war crimes, crimes against humanity  and human rights violations should be explained to the public.

4) You claimed that  when he was arrested, General Karenzi Karake was coming to UK  for fighting against terrorism. We do not know what this man has done in  preventing terrorism that has affected British people in London, Tunisia and elsewhere.

5) You rallied and mobilised  the whole Tory Party behind Kagame before and immediately after the Conservatives too power in Rwanda.

6) You created  and funded petty projects that did not make any difference to Rwandan people. These  petty projects were involving  hundreds of  Tory MPs who were doing nothing in Rwanda during their multiple travels to the country.

7) You watched  the mass killings committed by Kagame in Rwanda,DRC and other neighbouring countries and then you waited for the end of the war to travel to Rwanda to congratulate Kagame for his achievements by providing massive aid.

8) You dismissed your own justice  and security  institutions saying that they are political motivated  in arresting  Gen Karake. You do not believe in the fairness and independency of your own justice system. You even are scared of it.

9) You have supported Kagame's refusal to allow all Rwandan communities to pay respect  to and bury decently their relatives who were killed during the Rwandan. These rights have  only been granted to the  Tutsi Community.

10)You  are among  the US and UK diplomats who blocked  the redeployment and reinforcement of UN peace mission in Rwanda. You wrongly belied that it was not necessary to support the UN mission in Rwanda during the war as you were confident that Kagame will win the war as he was backed politically and militarily by UK, Uganda and US.

11) You support a dictator who claims to have removed ethnicity backgrounds in Rwanda society. This is now been |Kagame's PR strategy aiming to hide the discrimination and apartheid against  the Hutu community which is the  major ethnic community of  country ( more than 80%).

12)As former Secretary of State for International Development, you failed to promote political rights and the freedom of  Rwandan civil  society, the media and political opposition.

13) On BBC , you dismissed the UN mapping report about the war crimes committed by Kagame in DRC without having any evidence to justify your biased and inhuman claims, without even having read the report.

14) As a  the secretary of State for International Development, you believed that  thousands of Hutu killed in DRC were killed by hunger and diseases. But you  failed to realise that  even if this was the case, the refugees were pushed to  death by Kagame who indiscriminately attacked the refugee camps and pusruing them in the DRC's forests. Therefore, these refugees were killed by Kagame and you must work to ensure he is accountable to these crimes against humanity  human rights violations.

15) As a former Secretary of State for International Development, being the staunchest supporter of the dictator and war criminal Paul Kagame, you have demonstrated that you do not understand the linkages between democracy, equality freedom, human rights and development.

Conclusion

We hope that you understand that you do not deserve to be a UK MP. Rwandan people (all ethnic communities) have suffered enough as the result of wrong and inhuman people like you. Enough is Enough. You should stop interfering in Rwanda political matters from now. You should resign now.

Thank you.

From All Rwandan People.

The hate of men will pass, and dictators die, and the power they took from the people will return to the people. And so long as men die, liberty will never perish.
I have loved justice and hated iniquity: therefore I die in exile.
The price good men pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by evil men.
When the white man came we had the land and they had the bibles; now they have the land and we have the bibles.

Rubaya Mine Under USA’s Control: Kagame Has No Grounds to Object.

Rubaya Mine: Strategic Interests, Regional Conflict and the DRC–USA Cooperation Framework Rubaya mine, located in Masisi territory in North Kivu, eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, is a Congolese resource. It was a Congolese resource before the M23 advanced on it, it remains a Congolese resource today, and it will remain a Congolese resource regardless of what any regional actor claims, implies or pursues. That is not a political position. It is a statement of international law and sovereign right. This foundational point must be stated plainly because it is frequently obscured in discussions about the conflict in eastern Congo. Debates about security narratives, mineral partnerships and geopolitical alignment risk creating a false impression that Rubaya's ownership or governance is somehow open to negotiation between external parties. It is not. The Democratic Republic of the Congo holds sovereign authority over its territory and its natural resources. N...

Rubaya Mine Under U.S. Oversight: Why Kigali Would Struggle to Justify Opposition

Rubaya Mine Under U.S. Oversight: Why Kigali Would Struggle to Justify Opposition   The proposed transfer of operational oversight of the Rubaya mine in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo to the United States marks a potentially decisive shift in one of Central Africa's most contentious economic and security flashpoints. Located in North Kivu province, the Rubaya site is one of the world's most significant sources of coltan, a mineral essential to global electronics supply chains. For months, the area has been associated with the presence of armed actors, including the rebel group M23. Rwanda has repeatedly justified its regional posture by pointing to security threats posed by the FDLR, an armed group with roots in the aftermath of the 1994 genocide. However, if the mine were to come under transparent U.S.-backed administration as part of a broader cooperation framework between Kinshasa and Washington, Kigali would face limited diplomatic grounds to...
