BREAKING NEWS: Kagame refused to meet Johnnie Carson

BREAKING NEWS

President Paul Kagame refused to meet U.S Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Ambassador Johnnie Carson. Ambassador Carson led a joint US/UK/France delegation to the Great Lakes region as response to the DRC crisis. The delegation met President Kabila, President Museveni, and in Rwanda, Louise Mushikiwabo. Voila, PK, 101!
