Re: [AfricaRealities.com] Britain arrests Kagame's spy chief on genocide charges: lawyer

It is unbelievable  that UK could arrest a Rwandan military official after 20 years of  ignoring calls to take action in order to contribute to Rwandan reconciliation by arresting Kagame's RPF officials who committed war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Rwanda  Patriotic Front's war criminals have been travelling to UK for more than  25 years without being arrested while the UK is aware of the crimes they  committed in Rwanda, UK,  RD Congo and other countries. Those people have been coming to UK as they were travelling from a  Rwandan district to another one.

The recent crime that Kagame's regime  tried to commit on British soil was  an attempt assassination of a Rwandan political opponent to Kagame 's regime.  The  arrested chief spy was certainly involved.

More than 85% of Rwandan population lives with less than  $1.25 a day. Through  UK Aid, Britain has been focusing on financing  Kagame's ruling party RPF which is believed to be the richest party  in the world.  After 20 years of signing cheques issued to Kagame's regime, Britain claims that  that aid has lifted  only 1 million people out  of poverty in a country of 12 million people. Those 1 Million people are Tutsi  who control all economic and financial institutions and resources in addition to development programmes funded by UK  Aid.

Kagame is now planning for a third term of 7 years. The people  who could attempt  to oppose to this third term are in jail, others were killed by Kagame, others are in exile.

The recent decision to close down BBC, the  most world trusted and respected channel is a lack of respect to British people and an attempt to undermine BBC reputation.  Closing down BBC has prevented more than 3 million listeners in Rwanda, neighbouring countries and abroad from accessing to independent  news and information.

This  lack of respect is confirmed by  the fact that it is  Kagame himself who instructed Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority(RURA), a small government quango created by Tony Blair to close down BBC.

This is good news for all Rwandan victims from Uganda, Northern Rwanda, inside Rwanda and RD Congo.

One sided justice that has characterized  Rwanda regime and ICTR  system funded by Britain may be ending now.
