51 rebels killed in DR Congo clashes: government spokesman
KINSHASA — Fifty-one rebels wearing Rwandan army uniforms were killed in clashes on Thursday between the M23 rebel group and Democratic Republic of Congo troops, government spokesman Lambert Mende said.
"51 bodies wearing Rwandan army uniforms have been collected," said Mende, adding that a captain of the group was also caught and that artillery, including rocket launches, were found.
