[RwandaLibre] Excitement As ‘Winter Season’ Is Experienced In Rwanda

The District of Huye including the University of Rwanda Huye campus was yesterday hit by the unusual snow accompanied by a heavy wind. 

It looked very unusual to some people.

This excited the Rwanda citizens who stormed social network sites to express their heartfelt feelings.

"It snows on the equator. The world is ending "@mwasa: Excitement at Huye University campus as "snow" falls in Rwanda," tweeted a Huye Citizen.

"One of the girls is in the hospital here in Rwanda with Typhoid.. If you get a chance amidst the snow craziness add her to your prayers!!!," Tweeted Blair Boring.

Though there was excitement among the citizens, the hailstorm destroyed property like vegetation and also affected some buildings

The Resident Principal of UR Huye campus, Dr. Usta Kaitesi witnessed also the incident.
