Who is Paul Kagame ?
 
Paul Kagame is the President of Rwanda who is known to be a dictator  who committed war crimes and crimes against humanity for the last  30 years in Rwanda, Uganda, RD Congo and Burundi.
 
This man has enough financial resources to  advertise his own image on social media including Twitter and Facebook, and hiring  foreign PR consultants  while the majority of his country population live on less 1 $ a day.
 
He has enough resources to  organise and fund remote intelligence services  around the World to control and kill his opponents who fled him and live  abroad. He can struck anywhere in the World and he confirmed this during a public meeting.
 
He has a private jet.  The rates of his  presidential salary and advantages are higher than those of  the UK Prime Minister who gives him foreign aid.
