UK withholds aid payment to Rwanda

Poor Jendayi Frazier. When she was in the state department under Bush, she spent her time covering for the perpetrators of the Congo agony (Kagame, Museveni, etc). Now she cannot stomach that in just less than a decade, relentless human rights activism for protection of human beings is undoing what she worked so hard to support.
