Some of theses new embassies don't make sense. What strategic
importance does Angola has for Rwanda? What trade?Between Angola and
Rwanda lay the big DRC which has not a viable communication
infrastructure to link them up...Angola can't possibly replace South
Africa as a provider of anything..
What is the real interest for opening up an embassy all the way to
Luanda?I even understand there is not even a Rwandan community down
there...Also how many passengers from and into Kigali-Luanda will be
out there?
Is just a waste of public funds...
